Designed for learners working in children’s and young people’s care settings, the Highfield Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care or Children and Young People's Settings (RQF) delivers essential knowledge relating to employment rights and responsibilities.
It forms the Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) component of Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce in England, and will provide valuable support to roles in the workplace by providing knowledge and understanding of the wider health, social care or children and young people’s sector.
