The Highfield Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment (RQF) has been created for individuals wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification in recruitment. It will attract new talent to the recruitment sector and will help to up-skill the workforce to meet employers' skills priorities and to further professionalise the sector.
