As the retail sector expands, retail managers have increasingly complex demands placed upon them. This means there is a greater need for individuals with a good knowledge of the retail environment and the key principles involved to operate as retail managers.
The Highfield Level 4 Certificate in Retail Management (RQF) has been designed to support a management role in a retail environment, providing learners with the opportunity to learn and evidence their knowledge and competency.
It can be taken as a standalone, nationally recognised qualification, or as part of the Retail Manager Apprenticeship Standard as assess learner readiness for their end-point assessment.
