The Highfield Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) has been designed for learners working in adult care settings, and meets the requirements set out by Skills for Care to develop and confirm the competence of those working in the role.
The qualification can also provide the knowledge and skills required within the Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship standard, supporting roles such as lead personal assistant and lead adult care worker.
