As a result, we’ve developed the Highfield Level 4 Diploma in Retail Management (RQF), a high-level qualification that will give any prospective retail manager the understanding needed to work effectively.
The qualification has been designed to support learners completing the Retail Manager Apprenticeship Standard, however, it can also be taken as a standalone, nationally-recognised qualification.
